About Us
Dorris Barratt - Managing Director/CEO
With over 20 years of extensive industry experience, i have dedicated my career to making a meaningful impact in the disability and ageing sectors.
Throughout my career, i have had the privilege of working both within government agencies and corporate organizations, gaining valuable insights and expertise in this field.
My professional journey has taken me through various roles in the community service space, including positions in training and assessing the disability/ageing sectors, allied health professionals and nursing units to ensure staff competency and compliance.
Also working in the regulation and investigation space.
This experience has provided me with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and has allowed me to contribute to the development of effective policies and practices that supports individuals with disabilities and older adults to improve their quality of life.
